Q: How do you decide your position on an issue or policy?

I use a simple three-step filter: Is it good for Australia? Is it a genuine deal? Is it good for our community? If the answer is yes, I’ll back it. If not, I’ll fight it. No party line. No backroom deals. Just honest, common-sense decision-making.
